He is also published a patent named "Cheating Detection Device Using Artificial Intelligence from Govt. of India. A commitment to excellence in teaching is the hallmark of his life. His superior academic credentials have put in a status as exemplary and a role model in management He has published many research papers in different magazine of National and International repute. His extraordinary methodology and ability to teach is well accredited. He has participated in various National and international conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops. He is an Editor of the Editorial Board of the Shiv Shakti International Journal in Multidisciplinary and Academic Research (SSIJMAR) ISSN:2278-5973.He is also written a book named as "Dairy Industries in India". His research area covers Consumer behavior, Strategic management, Sales and Distribution management,and Agriculture Marketing. Dr. Prajnadipta Das

Dr. Prajnadipta Das is a distinguished academician and corporate professional whose career reflects a rare blend of industry expertise and academic leadership. He holds multiple degrees—M. Com, MBA, M.Phil., LLB, DMM, and Ph.D.—from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, underscoring his commitment to multidisciplinary learning and scholarship. His professional journey spans over 17 years in corporate leadership as a Senior Manager and more than two decades in academia, where he has shaped the careers of countless management students. In the academic sphere, Dr. Das has taught postgraduate and MBA courses in Financial Management, Investment Management, Security Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Behavioural Finance. His teaching has been complemented by his authorship of three widely used textbooks: Computer Application in Business, Financial Management: Theory and Practices, and Security Analysis & Portfolio Management (SAPM). He also serves as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Economics, Management and Technology, fostering research dissemination and academic dialogue. His scholarly contributions include numerous articles published in national and international journals, reinforcing his role as an active researcher.

Dr. Bandana Sarangi

Dr. Bandana Sarangi is an academician, soft skill trainer and an HR professional with a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Sri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences, Sehore. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and General Management and an M.A. in English from Utkal University. With over 18 years of experience in academics and industry. Her teaching and research interests include Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Workplace Coaching. She has published research in reputed peer-reviewed and indexed journals and has received the Best Paper Award at a national seminar, Ravenshaw University (2020). She is a member of the International Inner Wheel Organisation, has also served as the Past President , actively contributing to social service initiatives and community development. Dr. Sarangi brings a blend of academic rigor, industry exposure, and learner-centric pedagogy, and is actively engaged in research, faculty development, and student mentoring.

Ms. Pritilagna Boity

Pritilagna Boity has over seven years of experience in academics and account auditing and is currently serving at the Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. She holds an M.Com degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at F.M. University, Balasore. Ms. Boity has also completed a Faculty Development Program with the SRC Department at NIT Rourkela, where she was awarded a Performance Star for her presentation in 2018. She has presented numerous papers at conferences and seminars hosted by various universities across Odisha.

Mr. Debaraj Behera

Mr. Debaraj Behera is an accomplished academic and management professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, and industry. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Financial Management from Fakir Mohan University and an M.Phil. in Management from Ravenshaw University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Business Administration at Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He has also earned multiple advanced qualifications, including an LLB, M.Com. (Gold Medalist), MA in Economics, and MA in Public Administration, reflecting strong multidisciplinary expertise. Mr. Behera brings over a decade of teaching experience across reputed management institutions, where he has taught courses such as Marketing Management, Managerial Economics, Indian Financial System, Consumer Behaviour, Entrepreneurship Development, and Business Environment. Prior to entering academia, he worked with HDFC Bank Ltd. as an Officer – Corporate Sales, gaining first-hand exposure to financial markets and corporate operations. He has presented papers in national and international seminars and has actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs, research workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions, strengthening his proficiency in advanced research methodologies, data analysis, marketing trends, and contemporary management practices.

Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, alongside a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing and Operations Management from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. His primary teaching and research portfolios encompass Marketing Management, Operations Management, Production Technology, and related quantitative domains. Dr. Manoranjan Biswas

Dr. Manoranjan Biswas is the former Executive Director of MECON Limited, a Schedule 'A' Miniratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of India. With more than three decades of distinguished experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, he is widely recognized as an industry expert in these domains. During his illustrious career, Dr. Biswas served in strategic leadership positions at two of India's premier Public Sector Enterprises—Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and MECON Limited. He played a pivotal role in the formulation, implementation, and execution of several key Human Resource policies and was a member of the Task Force constituted by Ministry Of Steel, Government of India for developing and implementing important HR policies for Steel Public Sector Undertakings. He is also credited with architecting several important HR initiatives in the organizations he served. An accomplished Industry expert and academic, Dr. Biswas was an accredited internal faculty member at SAIL's Rourkela Steel Plant, where he conducted training programmes for working managers. Since 2022, he has been serving as a Visiting Faculty at the Central University of Odisha, teaching core Human Resource Management subjects in the MBA programme. Teaching remains one of his greatest passions with a deep academia-industry integration. Dr. Biswas has made significant academic contributions through research and publications. He has authored eight research articles as a sole author in peer-reviewed journals. He is also the co-editor of the book Viksit Bharat @2047: Opportunities and Challenges, published by Kunal Books, New Delhi, to which he has additionally contributed two book chapters. An alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), Bhubaneswar, Dr. Biswas holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Berhampur University, Odisha.
